Clean and dry. Fantastic customer service that is super helpful in getting you the right size storage unit, and helping you with the ins and outs of storing your stuff. The hours are great and movers find it easy to get in and out of the complex without hassle. I had a great experience and will definitely use again and recommend!

Clean and dry. Access to smaller units could be better, hallway was a little narrow. I was told that my credit card would be used for the deposit. I wasn't told that they would also automatically bill for the first month on it so, when I got the invoice, I e-transferred the money. Since it was not my intention to pay the rent with my credit card, the payment had to be reversed.

Nancy at Make Space was able to accommodate my move on short notice. She reviewed and explained the costs associated with renting a storage unit so there was no surprise charges when it came time to pay. The storage unit was clean, although I could have used a bigger container. The drivers hired to deliver and pick up were courteous. I was able to purchase a decent lock from Make Space so I didn't have to go elsewhere. If I have to rent a storage container in the future I will have blocks of wood or small pieces of plywood on hand to put under the corners of the container. This will prevent further scraping the driveway when they are unloaded and loaded. The storage yard hours didnt affect me as I loaded and unloaded the unit at my house. I made sure that I cleaned the storage unit, returning it the way it was first delivered. The overall experience was very good and won't hesitate to contact Nancy for a future move.

Older storage facility. Good hours. 28 day rental cycle means slightly higher fees as you lose two or three days every month except February
