I was told to contact Michelle before I arrived and she would come and open the gate for me. I had no luck at all contacting Michelle and she did not return my calls but when I got to the facility I found that the gate was open so then I just had to try to find my locker. I believe I found the correct locker and put my stuff in it but then I had to run up the highway to a hardware store and pick up a couple of padlocks. Not the right kind for storage lockers but it is locked and maybe I can purchase the right type of locks next time I am in Prince George. I was quite stressed about the whole experience but I was there on the new Truth and Reconciliation day holiday so life was just a little tougher that day.

Trevor is very friendly and helpful, the units are well priced and large. The only down fall is the hours of entry as the gates are not yet functional but it is in the works! I would recommend them.

Gave us the extra space needed while renovations were done and shed built in the backyard. Great service in the delivery and pick up of the seacan as well, very prompt and courteous all the way around. Thank you again.
