Love the app used to gain access. Super convenient to use without fiddling with an actual lock. Facility was clean and nice. Manager (I think he was anyways) was very polite and followed up with me to make sure I had no issues as I was moving to another province. Highly recommended 👌

Super easy set up and access. The keyless entry system is extremely handy and the hours are great. I had the manager reach out the day before and make sure everything was set up and ready to go. Went over a few tips and tricks with me and told me all about the facility. She made sure I had no questions and gave me her contact number in case we had any issues with our move-in on Sunday. great customer service!

Trevor has been wonderful to deal with. He is always pleasant and understanding. I forgot to get the unit number, so when the movers and I showed, it was a tense few minutes. Fortunately Trevor was there to unlock the compound and went to the office and got the unit number for me. Even on his days off (he was on holidays), he went above and beyond with customer service. Thank you Trevor. 😊

Dawn is awesome and took the time to help me find the right unit for my needs. Pricing is very competitive, facility is modern and very well kept, and the electronic locking system works great and is way more convenient than padlocks/keys/codes once you've got it figured out.
