Great locations and convenient systems, call Michelle she’s the storage ninja, she was answering questions I didn’t even know I had when I first showed up! 2 years later after I closed my unit I’d go back In a heartbeat if I needed storage again. Michelle is honourable, empathetic and knowledgeable. It was great dealing with someone that just knew the industry. Her and make space got rid of a lot of headaches for me 5 star experience. #5star #storageguru #makespace

My step daughter has been a customer with this storage service for 5 years. She is disabled, which makes her on a low and fixed income. When this storage service was managed by A1 storage they willing to take this into consideration. Since Make Space took over management she has been stressed because now she has to pay every 28 days instead of once a month. The new management has threatened to auction off the contents of her storage, which includes her deceased mother's belongings. Also she doesn't have access to her belongings because of the late charges that accumulated due to the new payment schedule. What happened to compassion nowadays? Or working with a customer who struggles with living on a low income? I would think Make Space could do a better job making their customers happy if they had more compassion and less greed.

Move in was easy, facility is well laid out, hours are great. Only downside was that the rate on the online chat was quoted incorrectly.

Clean, easy access to storage unit, staff friendly and accommodating. They do need to replace the latches on the units though as it was very difficult closing and opening the storage unit door.

Michelle was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I had a place to store my stuff in a very short span of time!
