Make Space Storage - Hart Highway

Make Space, storage units are safe, convenient and friendly. Location on Hartway Drive. The staff is absolutely helpful, caring and ever so polite. A care in this rough world can go along way. The Awesome and Good Hearted lady at Make Space storage is Thee Best Ever! She actually restored hope for a struggling customer.She has a heart of gold. I got a promo deal on 8 × 12 unit that stored my belongings, perfectly! (Not related to my storage unit, but I can't say anything nice about the two movers. Disappointed) Back to my review, I totally recommend Make Space storage units. Absolutely a great place to leave your belongings and not ever having to worrying about it. The services there are angel friendly and very helpful. Thank You Make Space for everything. I will totally call you, if needed. 👍Two thumbs up👍and 5💫💫💫💫💫

First I’d like to say that in the end make space did make things right but it was an incredibly frustrating process to get there so that’s the only reason they get a 3 stars. I book a storage locker and pay the fee to do so through their website that says the locker is available. We were not in the province so unable to go in person and thought their website would work fine (because why wouldn’t it? why have a website that doesn’t work?) so I call the day that my partner is driving our ALL OF OUR STUFF 8 HOURS to the storage locker JUST to confirm things were good. Dawn says, things are not good then blames ME for booking it through the site and that, that unit is actually not available because she can’t find the keys to get into the unit which thank god! They didn’t find that out when they were in the office and trying to figure out what to do. Then she tells me I have to lose a foot of space because she doesn’t have another in my size or pay 80$ more for a huge one that we won’t need all the space in. Finally after much frustration, we get a unit at a diff make space location in town. I’ll save you the headache and attitude I got for not wanting to send my credit card info via text to Dawn but just know, it sucked. Next day they go to put things in the unit and Lo and behold, there’s someone else’s lock on the unit. So now we have to bug someone else to get ANOTHER DIFFERENT UNIT. The only saving grace to this place was michelle at the hart location, she gave us an even bigger unit for the same price to fix all of these mistakes that they made through this process. If not for michelle, they’d get a 1 star. All of this to say that I wouldn’t even bother with the website. I called multiple times to confirm units because we had thought about downsizing and they all had problems or weren’t actually available but you’re sure right that you can spend your money booking through the site to secure your unit, that function still works! And shoutout to michelle literally the best person to deal with there.

I was in a jam needed a spot really fast. I received excellent service from an awesome lady very helpful. Michelle is was a life saver. Definitely recommend I'm sure they can handle anything. 👍

Make Space provides the best storage facilities in Prince George. Nice and open, easy to navigate with a 5 ton truck.

Great locations and convenient systems, call Michelle she’s the storage ninja, she was answering questions I didn’t even know I had when I first showed up! 2 years later after I closed my unit I’d go back In a heartbeat if I needed storage again. Michelle is honourable, empathetic and knowledgeable. It was great dealing with someone that just knew the industry.
